So...I left off with the Easter Bunny sighting. Here is a closer shot of those silly bunnies laughing at our expense!!

After we saw the bunnies, they jumped in Adam's dad's mail jeep and drove off across the pasture. We chased them...but a tractor pulling a flatbed trailer just doesn't go very fast. By the time we got back to Adam's sister's house (on the hill) the Easter Bunnies were long gone...but they left some good loot behind!! Here is Braden checking out what goodies the E.B. left for him! He was very interested in the puppy book!

Once everyone has checked out the Easter Bunny gifts, we once again load the hayride and headed back to Adam's parents house. Every year the E.B. makes a stop there to hide the easter eggs, so upon our arrival an easter egg hunt begins.

After the egg hunt, the kids gather in the living room to look through all their goodies. The adults (well...some of us) gather around the appetizer table! It is one of my most favorite places, that is for sure!! We spend time visiting and catching up. To wrap the day up, we enjoy a delicious dinner...usually pork and sausage with ALL the fixings! Trust me...you do not go hungry! OH...how could I almost forget to mention dessert?? Adam's aunt Cindy brings fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, canteloupe, pineapple) and this amazing sweet, creamy sauce to pour over the fruit. I don't know how she does it...but I am sure glad she does!!! YUMMY!
Okay...there must be a part 3, because Blogger won't allow another picture...sorry!!
